Austin vs US Avg.Home Prices

This project is brought to you by using 3 Google Cloud services; Cloud Storage, BigQuery & Looker. I pulled datasets from the FHFA & HUD and loaded them into Cloud Storage. Those files were extracted into BigQuery where SQL was used to transform the data to meet the desired criteria. The new datasets were then streamed into Looker where they were OUTER JOINed allowing us to view the contrasting metrics on a single chart.

Issues
Looker Studio requires 3rd party cookies and Google SSO to be viewed. Because of that, I included a screenshot of the report below the iframe for visibility.
